Thank you so much for considering us to detail your vehicle! We value every customer and hope to provide a hassle-free detailing experience.

DISCLAIMER:
- If vehicles exceed average levels of dirt, debris, candy, food, bodily fluids, mold, pet hair, sand, etc. There will be an additional up-charge. NO PRICE IS FINAL UNTIL IN-PERSON INSPECTION.
- Please book for the appropriate vehicle size.

Terms & Conditions:
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services once booked and deposit is paid, however we can offer credits or rescheduling.
- In the event of a booking error or scheduling conflict, please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
- If a service is not performed to the agreed standard, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue and make things right with you.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a full charge of the service booked. No refund will be provided for any reason if you violate the cancellation policy. By booking an appointment with Sweet Onion Restorations and Ceramic Coatings you agree to our terms and conditions and verify you have read this page at the time of booking the appointment.
- In the case of severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule, for our safety and equipment. We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new appointment at your best convenience.
- By booking with us, you understand we reserve the right to deny any job. Situations that could result in denial would be excessive dirt, debris, food, or toxic matter. (maggots, bugs, mold, etc) Not only for our safety, but due to limited hours in the day. We perform 1-3 details per day. If your vehicle is excessively dirty, please communicate this upon booking. These circumstances also have to and will be charged for accordingly.

- Please include information about your vehicles condition in the notes section of online booking.

Example:
"Vehicle has lots of scratches"
“Car has a lot of pet hair.”
” Car has mildew smell and contains mold. “
“Car has excessive sand in floorboards.”

How do I prepare for my detail?
- To prepare for your detail, please remove all personal items especially firearms. If items are left in center console or glovebox, we will avoid these areas for liability purposes and respect of privacy. This applies to truck beds as well
